A Fond Farewell

Last night saw the final performance of our 2026 production of The Railway Children. And what a journey it's been! From the distant whistle of the Great Green Dragon back in October we reached our destination in style with four superb performances led by our amazing young cast. Yet another fantastic week with our production community welcoming an almost full church each night. Thanks as always goes to our incredible cast and choir led by our dedicated production team.

This morning we brought the week to a close with our production service – a snapshot of the story and a chance to reflect on its many messages found within the pages of the script. And what better way to end than with a surprise bagpipe solo?!
