Thank you to all who supported our very succesful Coffee Morning yesterday which raised  £302.

Meal and a talk by Obeth, about his life and faith journey, on 20th May at 6.30pm.  There will be a ‘sign up’ list in the hall shortly for help with catering.

Audlem Music Festival – Bank Holiday weekend 22nd - 25th May.  We are hosting acts on Saturday and Sunday afternoons, (Matt & Kelly at 1pm  and Crimson Spirituals Trio at 2.20pm on 23rd May;  TJQ at 1.30pm and Time Stealers at 3pm on 24th May).  We will need volunteers for baking and serving hot drinks, cakes etc.  Please sign the sheet in the Hall if you can help.

Geoff’s 75th Year Challenge During the period 9-30 May 2026 I will be cycling from Land’s End to John O’Groats as a challenge for my 75th year. I am raising money for the Englesea Brook Chapel and Museum of Primitive Methodism. Bringing the Bible to Life.  Walk through the Bible

A message from Ruth Cross, School Events Coordinator

I’d love to share some genuinely encouraging news with you – the uptake of our video resources in schools continues to be incredible!  As a result more schools than ever are eager to welcome a real, live presenter bring the Big Picture of the Bible to life in fun, engaging and memorable ways, including schools in Crewe.  It’s a fantastic opportunity – with just one small catch:  we need more presenters to step forward.  

So, could this be you?  Do you have a heart for reaching the next generation with the amazing storyline of the Bible, and a desire to support schools in Crewe with their RE teaching?  Would you consider training with us and letting us equip you to serve your local teachers in this way?

And if it’s not you, is there someone you could invite or gently encourage?  A personal ask can make all the difference – and you night know exactly the right person who just needs a little nudge.

We’re also finding that one of the biggest sparks of interest in becoming a presenter comes thorugh our Live Events in churches.  When people experience it for themselves, everything clicks – they quickly see just how engaging and impactful it is especially for children?

With that in mind, would your church consider hosting a Live Event?  You could even invite other local churches in Crewe to come along.  These interactive sessions don’t just inform – they transform the way people see the Bible, and there’s always a real sense of energy and excitement on the day!
