Services this Sunday

Audlem: Robin leads the early communion service and Maureen Morgan lead morning service

Hankelow: This morning's service at Hankelow is led by Robin, and Robin also leads the traditional Carol service at Woore at 2.30pm. (Favourite carols and bible readings, mince pies served afterwards.)

Hankelow with Woore: Morning service will be a carol service.

Village Ecumenical Carol service at St James at 6.30pm

Three T's meet this afternoon as usual at Moorsfield Avenue.

Sunday 29th December – As you may have seen on the plan we have a local arrangement on that date and felt with it being so close to Christmas we couldn't ask someone to take the service so instead we will do it 'in house'. We ask you all to let us know what carols you would like to sing and out of the most popular we will choose five or six or possibly more. Aside from carols we want you to choose readings/poems/prose/prayers – religious or not but with a Christmas theme and if possible to read them yourselves. Hopefully we may have one or two youngsters who will also take part. Please let a steward or Nancy-May know your carol choices and any other material as soon as possible so that we can put together a 'service'.

Crib service Christmas Eve at 3pm
Midnight communion Christmas Eve at 11.30pm
Christmas Day Holy Communion at 10.30am

Friday afternoon teas weekly at Hankelow are continuing between 2 and 4pm in the Community Hall. All welcome to join us for a cup of tea, piece of cake and a chat.

Come in for Winter Warming Soups! Every Thursday at Woore Methodist Church. Drop in any time between 12.15 and 1.15pm. Drop in, bring a friend, enjoy some company. You are welcome. There is no charge; any donation will help cover costs.
