Our next Coffee morning is next Saturday 2nd September from 10.30-12.30 (please note the change of time). The usual stalls will be there; cakes, cards, raffle, books etc. so any donations and help will be greatly appreciated.

Welcome service: You are warmly invited to the welcome service for our new Minister, Rev Carolyn Lawrance, to the Circuit, on Sunday 3rd September at 6.30pm at The Wesley Centre, Sandbach – with refreshments to follow. All are welcome. See over for more details

AMC Book Group: The next meeting of our little group will be on Thursday 7th September at 2.30pm at Christina Lawson's home in Hankelow. Please contact her on 01270 812886 for further details. NOTE THE CHANGED VENUE For a change the book chosen is a novel 'Little Faith' by an American author Nickolas Butler. Set in rural Wisconsin it has themes of family love and grief together with faith and religion. Newcomers are always welcome, and this could be a good introduction.

Harvest Festival will be celebrated at Audlem on Sunday 24th September. Rev Helen Kirk Chair of the District will be leading the service.

ADVANCE NOTICE: Please join us on October 15th 2.30pm at Woore Methodist Chapel for an afternoon with guest speaker Allister Du Plessis from Release International, an organisation that supports persecuted Christians. Allister is the Engagement Manager for the Midlands and North and has recently visited Nigeria where many hundreds of Christians have been killed in recent years.
