Funeral for Howard Hilton. There will be a Service of Thanksgiving for Howard's life at 12 noon on 3 July 2025, at St James the Great Church, Audlem. This follows a private commital at Crewe Crematorium. A live stream and recording of the service will also be available – please email kristin.kilgour@blueyonder.co.uk if you would like the link.
Following the service, refreshments will be provided at Audlem Methodist Chuch. To assist us with catering it would be helpful if you could let us know if you intend to join us there. Please use the email as above. Family flowers only are requested, but donations are welcome to Medecins sans Frontieres or The Christie Charity.
Our next Saturday coffee morning will be on 5 July from 10.30am. All welcome to join us for a cup of tea/coffee and a chat.
AMC Book Group: Our next meeting will be in the Seville Room here at AMC on Friday 18 July at 2.30pm. (please note the date change). The chosen book is 'Grace, Order, Openess and Diversity' by Ian Bradley. Newcomers are very welcome – please come if interested – pre-reading the book is optional, and refreshments are available at the beginning.
AUDLEM METHODIST CHURCH ANNUAL MEETING. All are invited to take part in our AGM after morning service on 20 July. This will be held in the hall after coffee and usually last about half an hour. This will be the last meeitng here led by Robin, and almost the last Sunday worship led by him here (He will also be taking worship here on 27 July).
The Cheshire South Methodist Circuit is seeking a Centre Commuity administrator for Nantwich Methodist Church to work with the Church trustees to support their mission plan focussed on the community use of their Church sites. 20hrs per week £13.10/hour.
