Next Sunday

The Annual Village Service of Remembrance will take place at St James' Church on Sunday 10 November at 10.30am. There will also be a 2 minute silence around the Memorial at 11am on Monday 11 November.
Sunday 17 November
Audlem Robin will lead the Early Communion service at 8.30am.
Morning service at 10.30am will be led by Geoff Dickinson

Hankelow with Woore: At Hankelow Morning service will be led by Robin

Rehearsals for CHARLIE & the CHOCOLATE FACTORY continue on Fridays from 7.30 to 9pm. Performance dates are 12, 13 14, & 15 March 2025.

A big 'Thank You' to all who signed up to support AMC via the Co-op cards last year. Their funding year has now closed and we will be receiving £1,630.95 in due course.


Britain in Bloom North West with the RHS. Wednesday was 'It's Your Neighbourhood' awards day at Bolton Wanderers Football stadium. We are delighted to be given a 2024 award at Level 5 -Outstanding.


The Filling Station at Hankelow: Bringing Renewal & Evangelism.
Friday 6 December at 7pm; Speaker Henrietta Blyth: CEO, Open Doors UK & I, who will talk about how Christians in some lands across the globe suffer great persecution because of their faith in Jesus.

AMC Book Group – The next meeting of our very informal group in the small room at AMC, will be on Thursday 14 November at 2.30pm. The book chosen is 'Struggling with God – Mental Health and Christian Spirituality' by Christopher Cook, Isabelle Hamley and John Swinton. Newcomers always welcome.


Action for Children – It's time to empty your 'Action for Children' red lantern money box, supporting this Methodist based charity. These are unprecedented times for so many vulnerable children and families and your support makes such a difference. If you have a box, you have until the end of November to fill it up and hand it in to Fiona. Unable to bring it in/Or if you would like to have a box or make a donation Please contact Fiona on 01630 653805.


Nantwich Methodist Church invite you to join them for a wonderful Gospel Concert performed by the Jake Leg Jug Band as part of their national tour on Saturday 23 November from 7.30pm. Friday afternoon teas weekly at Hankelow are continuing between 2 and 4pm in the Community Hall. All welcome to join us for a cup of tea, piece of cake and a chat.


Come in for Winter Warming Soups! Every Thursday at Woore Methodist Church. Drop in any time between 12.15 and 1.15pm. Drop in, bring a friend, enjoy some company. You are welcome. There is no charge; any donation will help cover costs.


Cheshire South Methodist Circuit are looking to recruit a Children & Family Worker for 8 hours per week, focussed on Monday mornings and monthly Saturdays at Coppenhall Methodist Church, Crewe. £5,200 per annum. An exciting opening to continue and to develop the work of a thriving Toddler Group and monthly Messy Church, supported by a dedicated team of volunteers, making the difference to the lives of so many in the local community. We are looking for a practising Christian, passionate to share the gospel in an enthusiastic, creative way.
