A Royal Opening of our Garden

Many of you may have settled down on Saturday evening to watch the Platinum Party but did you also wonder where Her Majesty was? Well, wonder no more as we have the answer!

On Saturday morning at our Jubilee Coffee Morning, Audlem Methodist Church was honoured to have Her Majesty open our contemplation garden. She spent time touring our building and garden and marvelled at the work we have done to create a place for the community. We all know of her love for nature, so she was particularly interested to see our garden and look at all the planting that has been done by the children during their Sunday morning activities. She was delighted to officially open our garden which is now ready for its first visitors.

The garden will be open in the afternoons and we hope that you will come and enjoy the tranquillity that the garden has to offer.
