Book Group is Restarting!

After the long break caused by Covid Restrictions, the Audlem Chapel Book Group is planning tomeet again, starting this coming Friday 1st October. The NEW TIME will be 2.30PM and,because of chapel building work, we shall meet temporarily at Woore Chapel (parking in CoopersArms car park). The existing seven members would be delighted to welcome new people and there will be plenty of space for social distancing if required. So, if you like to read and to meet others in a relaxed small group, helped by Rev Chris Denney, please join us! If you need transport please contact Christina Lawson on 01270 812886. Meetings are not too frequent, so no pressure on the reading, and books are always chosen by the group. We have read a wide variety of books in the past ranging from some modern theology to biographies and to histories of Christianity, so hopefully something for everyone! Our last book was a Biography of Eric Liddell – ''The Final Race – the Incredible World War 2 Story of the Olympian who inspired 'Chariots of Fire'.''

This first meeting will be mainly a chance to meet again and to choose further reading so we look forward to seeing you there!
