Afternoon Concert

A lovely sunny afternoon provided the backdrop for a delightful concert held yesterday at AMC. Frances Hughes sang a selection of songs accompanied by the nimble fingers of Alison Hendricken at the piano. We enjoyed hearing stories of composers and lyricists and listening to the beautiful array of music sung and played. It was a lovely way to spend an afternoon and one that was enjoyed by all who attended. Special thanks to Fran and Alison for all their hard work, and also to those who provided the delicious refreshments afterwards!
